Not the cheapest. We came in for quote. We didn’t book a quote. The price was double what other retailers were for the same flooring, I couldn’t even believe it.They may be great, I don’t know, but not the most affordable.

Beautiful showroom! I came in looking for some flooring materials and was floored by the beautiful hand made live edge wood tables. I have been doing tile installation for a long time and he has the best prices by far

We were told we may get the flooring installed on a Friday, so we were ready for then, they couldn’t come Friday and booked us in for the Monday. They cancelled morning of, after we took time off and emptied the rooms so the house was unliveable. Called and left a message and did not receive a response. I guess they only have 1 installer? Which really screws you over when you take time off and flip your life upside down just for them not to show.Update- STILL have not received a call back/follow up to my voicemail apart from this response on this public review. You will pay more here than with other flooring companies and for this type of service? I have recommended them in the past & will not moving forward. This is a much bigger “inconvenience” than to just our schedules.

Had the pleasure of dealing with J&L flooring for my recent renovation and cannot even express my gratitude and happiness. They were amazing from the moment I came into the showroom and continue to be well after installation. Their prices are fantastic and their quality is truly unparalleled.The owner, Jack, was incredibly down to earth and took the time to chat personally with my daughter and I after his wonderful team helped us choose samples based on our decor theme. The attention to detail is unmatched. You will not get better service and quality anywhere else by any other company. They even have an amazing sample wall which helped me visualize the end result.If you’re looking for flooring, do yourself the favour and visit J&L immediately. Thanks so much everyone at J&L, I will be a customer for life!!!

Amazing customer service and lots of flooring options. Went into this store having minimal knowledge of flooring. The staff helped us narrow down what we wanted and pick hardwoods that same day. We are very happy with the product we chose. They have been more than willing to answer questions and give installation advice along the way. We are new to the area and will certainly recommend J & L as they have exceeded our expectations.

I could not be happier with my new carpet and the service provided by the J&L team. Barb was so helpful in assisting me with making a selection in my preferred style and colour within my budget.The measure and install crew were amazing, they took the time to take a sample of my existing hardwood to perfectly match the transition strips. Measure, Delivery and installation was seamlessly scheduled with constant communication from Barb and Jody from scheduling. I will definitely be recommending their services to friends and family, and will be a returning customer for future projects.

We recently used J&L for our kitchen reno. We got vinyl flooring and ceramic tile from them. Super friendly and helpful staff. Huge selection. Great prices. And a local business! Would recommend.
