I bought a Vienna single weight from this shop time which keeps great time and looks fantastic on the wall. I have also had other clocks and watches in for repair. The owner and his staff are lifetime professionals with an extensive background in clock restoration and repair. If you look at their inventory in the shop you will see that they retain a clock's originality whenever they can, and when they do restoration work it is of the highest quality. I am not a collector (at least not yet) but I know collectors who trust this shop explicitly. I plan to purchase more weight driven Vienna Regulators in the future and when I do, this is the place I will go to get a quality clock at a fair price. After several years of working with this shop I highly recommend the Clockmaker's Gallery!

Amazing shop, everyone was very helpful and provided quality information on how to go about building this B206 driveshaft clock for my father's birthday. He loved it! Highly recommended for all your clock-related needs.

I went here to get some information about a couple of watches I inherited. I mainly needed to know how to work them. But, they were able to give me a lot more info about history, quality, and just generally how watches work. They tested the accuracy on my pieces and help me set the time. They even suggested a period correct chain for one of my watches - a pocket watch - very reasonably priced at ~25 dollars. The service was way more than I asked for or expected! I'd definitely go here again for any watch/clock needs.

Super cool store! Curiosity brought me in and I found such Intricate objects, they have perfect gifts for anniversary or birthday presents, they have unique objects from all over the world and of course the clocks I have never seen such variaty anywhere also, the people super friendly and helpful, they are very professional, and keep the store spotless, something I loved was listening to the symphony of the clocks super soothing.They have amazing pricess as well.

I've been in this shop three times. Twice the owner/manager berated their employee in front of me. I was embarrassed and I was embarrassed for the employee. I don't plan to go back. I think you need to have your nose pointed a little skyward to be treated respectfully with this business.

I would like to give this business 4 or 5 stars because I really like the shop and all the clocks and watches, however, a couple things have been detrimental to my experiences. First, leave politics and all of its baggage out of customer interaction. Do whatever you want on your free time, but any phrases or media references belong elsewhere. Second, don't try to oversell me. I know what I like and I don't need exaggeration to make a sale. And no, a seiko or citizen is not comparable to a Rolex in mechanical watch accuracy. Otherwise, I very much enjoy this place.

I love this place. They service all of my watches and clocks. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are great and they carry new and consigned items. The shop is fun to walk around and view all of the clocks. I would recommend them without reservation and with enthusiasm!

I've had these guys fix 3 fairly high end wristwatches and they were honest and fair. They found out my old Seiko Kinetic had a deal through Seiko to replace the works with a new upgraded one for less than the repair would have been. They could have just fixed it and charged me, but they didn't.Never had a problem with them, only solutions. I trust them implicitly.

I went to this store today to get a special battery for my old railroad clock. The people working there were extremely helpful and got the batteries on the way for me. I want to go back and look over the clocks they have there. They have a wonderful selection of clocks to choose from. It's like looking at beautiful artwork!
