Never got my package from them and it’s been over a month and it’s still in the same location if you ever see that there shipping something just cancel the order there whole company is a scam idk how there making money or how there still open Ik I’m never letting them ship my package’s agian

Pitney and Bowes is horrible company ... they should close shop .. if I could give a Zero star review I surely would.. I ordered on amazon prime. They hooked me up with this fly by night half eaten can of spoiled sardines of a company..I ordered oct 23rd ETA nov 8th ... then the 12th .. then the 19th if not by the 20th money back ... 19th received an email attempt made .. no one home didn't want to leave unattended" nope I have 5 employees that can vouch no one attempted a delivery .. 20th no answer on their contact center .. close shop and do the world a solid"

Terrible shipping company - had them with a few of my amazon packages - never received any of them... Not sure how companies like this continue to get work! Do not use them if you have a choice.

I really wish it was possible to give zero stars. I ordered an item at the beginning of April that was supposed arrive by 17 April. It didn't, and I haven't had any updates since 13 April.

I cannot recall a time that I haven't received a package/parcel until having something shipped" by Pitney Bowes. The delivery made it to "Customs Cleared"

Just like the other 15 reviews currently, ordered a package through Amazon and was never delivered when it was going through Pitney Bowes but it says its in my town. What a trash delivery company.

This company has zero reliable. Don't know why amazon choose this one for their delivery. They updated the tracking info with fake info. and I couldn't get my item. so refunded it and reordered.

Ordered something off Amazon in mid April and I’ve been waiting for this terrible shipping company to send my package for almost a month now, and then they have the audacity to tell me that the delivery is late. Terrible, terrible company

Ordered from amazon said package was out for delivery then got notice that it was delivered at 9:46pm that funny when it was 9pm when I got the notice it also said it was delivered to different city.0 STARS!!!
