My son and I booked an appointment for our PCR test to travel and we had a wonderful experience. The receptions was very nice and the doctor was even nicer. I literally wish he could be our regular family physician. Great experience.

The customer service was excellent.I was very wary of taking the test. Who would want someone poking around the inside of your nose!But I was reassured by the staff and they were extremely patient with me.They were very professional.I received my test results within 24 hours and the staff ensured everything was correct on the lab report via email and also while I was on the phone with them.I highly recommend Barrhaven Medical Centre!

The appointment for PCR test was conducted on time, service was great and the results were received in 30 hours.Would highly recommend to travellers that requires test results within 72 hours before their travel time.

I got the appointment for my PCR test with out much difficulty on line. I went to the center just ten minutes ahead of the appointment. Since there were no other customers I was able to get the test done before the schedule time. However I was wondering whether I could get the report within 48 hours. They sent me the report within 32 hours and I was very happy. The only issue I had to face was that they did not accept online payments and when I wanted to use my visa credit card at the counter it was also not accepted. Luckily my son-in-law was there to do the payments. Thank you.

Thank you very much for you service. Before coming I was really worried about PCR test but Dr. of the clinic was so kind and very experienced and I didn't feel anything. It was done in 30 seconds!Good Job!I received the result in 24 hours and also their price was cheaper than Shoppers Drug Mart.I recommend you guys to all my friends and family.

Horrible experience! Save yourself your money and do your PCR travel test somewhere else. They let you sign a paper that you will receive your results in 24-48 hours and I asked the receptionist if you guarantee 48 hours test result and she confirmed. I RECEIVED MY RESULTS 50 HOURS. It luckily did not affect me, but you never know next time it can be 55 hours. I spoke to the manager after reaching out by email for a month and there was no apology no compensation!! Bad communication and bad service
