Worst real estate lawyers ever.I was having difficulties with the sellers so Baker and Cole didn't want anything to do with it.Never returned a phone call.Refused to talk to the sellers lawyer when I asked.Luckily I've bought 3 properties over the last few years so I got everything done through my my own means.But none of it through Baker and Cole.

My Dad retired to this town and gifted me a vehicle. I didn't understand that I required a notarized statement until I went back to my own province. I contacted Mr. Baker who drove to my Dads place and got the statement, and emailed it to me.When I asked about payment, he said this is what we do in small towns and there was no charge. This only reinforced that my Dad moved to the right town but also should I need legal advice this is right fit my me.Thanks for you saving the day!

Excellent service at very reasonable costs. I have dealt with 6 other real estate lawyers in the Peterborough area and none have offered the quality of service and attention to detail that Adam and his staff have offered; and without exorbitant costs. Highly recommended.

So I was told by sister to phone about my mom,s will, Adam phoned back said I was rude to staff ? I was on speaker and father away as I was trying to get my dog, so maybe I was yelling but not into the phone as it was quite a ways away, he might want to think about his own verbal accusationsTerribleLet's set the record straight, I know your a Lawyer, I was told you would be phoning meI waited 10 days, then I phoned, you say I was rude, which I apologize for, but was not trying to be, as I said I was raising my voice because I was outside on speaker phone with my dog,I got a call back from you, Adam Baker and you berated me and said I am not your lawyer, and all I wanted was an answer to my question , my mom just passed away! But instead you yelled at me, saying my sister is to tell me, great, all I needed to know,And for your last words to me, I have no idea why anyone would want to deal with you and your attitude, I have the lawyer I need now, super nice, talks nice is nice, Black and White

Great easy experience using Adam Baker for my recent home purchase. I decided to use them because they sponsored a charity event I was involved in, but I will definitely use them for future needs because they were so easygoing and reliable. Small town customer service at its best :)

We needed a new lawyer as our has retired, particularly today to get items notarized. We were able to go in today, and they kindly notarized 4 items at no charge. That's great local service, and we will use Adam Baker again for future legal matters.
