That pretzel bun vegan sandwich and by Jove isn't coffee worth it ? Best vegan sandwich I've had in Thunderbay. I can't say, I've had a better sandwich without sauce or cheese ever in my life. Drop into this heartwarming cafe and you won't be disappointed.

My first visit to the sweet North bakery and I’m pretty disappointed sadly pretzels are a favourite of mine but the pretzel from here was very bland the texture was great but they did not have it sitting in the acidic solution long enough and the dough had no flavour at allWe got the beer cheese dip and That was also pretty disappointing. Bland, too much flour taste and overloaded with butter. Something a novice could easily make at home and honestly for 8$ I may as well have gone a bit more down the street to Dairy Queen

Sweet North Bakery has been in my go-to list since moving to Thunder Bay. Their pretzels are absolutely delicious. The staff are very nice and you can see them make their baked stuff in house.

So the pictures contain 2 Deli Turkey Sandwiches and one CCBLT. All the sandwiches are delicious. I went to sweet north 3 times in a row for their sandwiches and I'll probably keep going there. I love that the sandwiches are prepared as you order so they're fresh. I really loved that. All the ingredients were so fresh and you could taste it. I would highly recommend it. I have only tried their sandwiches but I intend to try their other stuff too.

Went there the other day just after 10AM and got one of the breakfast pastries with scrambled egg in it. When I bite into into it it was stone cold with the frozen centre the veggies and the egg. Who does that? They didn’t tell me the pastry was frozen previously and needed heating up. They just sold it to me without any care! Absolutely an awful experience and food.

Twas great. Funny thing cafe just switched to a different schedule. So it was actually closed. But they've opened the doors for us and made us those delicious giant pretzel sandwiches!Gotta say haven't tried anything like that before. Also the mustard they have is hand made and outstanding. So make sure you get it with your order. Thanks Erin for your kindness.

If I could give this place double the stars I would. If you don't eat here at least once when visiting TB you are nuts. The BEST pretzel I have ever eaten. Get the salted warmed up with the beer cheddar dip. Had a fantastic bowl of loaded baked potato soup after going on a long walk about. The baked goods are delectable. Great selection of comfort foods and drinks. And they serve beer!! Cannot recommend this bakery cafe diner enough. 20/10 can't wait to come back for more!

The staff are all super friendly and the place smells wonderful; sweet cinnamon, fluffy pastries and of course coffee! This time I tried the pumpkin spice lattes and it was glorious, a perfect representative of falls bountiful harvest~

Seriously the BEST. Everything is so fresh and delicious. Coffee is amazing, sandwiches are incredible and baked goods to die for!!! Stop here for lunch and it will make your day!
