Bespoke is just what I needed to get back into the rhythm of things post-partum. The team is every bit empowering and being a part of this community makes me excited to show up and push myself every week. The classes leave me feeling so fulfilled and that level of adrenaline post workout is addicting!! I look forward to my classes every single week!

Started going to Bespoke in the fall as the gym was just not working out for me and I’m so glad I did. The workouts are hard but fun, and I always leave feeling accomplished. The staff are always friendly and ready to answer any questions you might have while at the studio or very quickly over email.

Bespoke is what I needed while going to university! With all of the deals they have for students and other occasions it made it easy to go and see what it was all about. All of the people there are so kind and welcoming as soon as you come through the doors, they work hard to make it your best experience! The actual class itself is intense and exactly what I needed, the instructors are motivating throughout the class and if you have any questions they are happy to answer them! I absolutely love it there!!

I literally love every instructor. The classes are so fun but at the same time, an insane workout. I’m addicted! The facility is lovely and clean and the staff are super friendly and inviting ❤️

The BEST workout, instructors, crew, studio. Bespoke has such a community feel and is the only workout I look forward to every single time. If you haven’t been yet, do yourself a favour and book a class!

I love the classes here! I haven’t not left with an exhausted smile on my face! It’s so inclusive to all fitness levels. The instructors not only challenge you to better yourself, but they encourage it. The first time I went I was hella intimidated, but I quickly got past that the minute I was greeted by one of the girls on the desk. If you’re considering attending a class, just do it!
