Working with Cohen at Summit Group was the way real estate transactions should be. Smooth, insightful and easy. Often agents are reactive rather than proactive, Cohen anticipated any issues we may have before they happened. He knew when to be serious and when to add humour. I would use his services again if the opportunity presents itself.
