Hatha Yoga with Helena at the Yoga Loft

I LOVE the classes with Helena! I returned to yoga after a long time away and was worried that I wouldn't be able to keep up now that I have rheumatoid arthritis. She calmed my fears and took extra care to make sure I was comfortable. She has attracted an amazing yoga family, full of women (and a few men) who are simply wonderful and have great energy. Thankfully some of the cranky people weed themselves out and don't stick around ;) It is a truly restorative experience... come check it out!

As a newbie to yoga.I was concerned about my ability to learn itHelena was able to explain and describe everything in a way that made it a pleasure to learn the poses and I haven't been able to attend due to time and distance lately but I've incorporated what she has taught me into a daily routine.If I get the chance I will definitely see her again to brush up on the old and learn something new
