Double R Rentals - Ladner

Thieves. Bought a Honda commercial mower in which they failed to put oil in. It seized and died two weeks later. I bought another one (seeing as I could’ve checked the oil) and asked them to order a new engine for the previous one. They called a month later asking if I still wanted that. I did. Then they never called again and apparently “trashed” it when I was waiting for them to fix it. As I didn’t come get it. Absolute thievery. Will be contacting Honda and BBB. Go elsewhere

Nice guys. Had a broken piece of equipment and they were honest enough to tell me it wasn't worth fixing and to just go buy new. Even though that meant my money went somewhere else. I will definitely go back.

Such a well run business! Been buying my home and garden equipment and renting from these guys for over 25 years and will keep coming back. After sales service is first class as well. Keep up the good work guys!

Bought a Honda Generator. They charge extra for delivery to his store which the salesman did not mention when he gave me the price. It only showed up on the bill when I was paying. That is a annoying practice, for crying out load , who charge extra for delivery to the store it should be included in the price up front. Not snuck in at the end. Other than that I had good success with the product I bought from them.

Anyone requiring their mower repaired or serviced - I would not hesitate to recommend Double R Rentals. In one phone call, my mower was picked up the next day, repaired and serviced within 3 business days and dropped off. Pickup and delivery charges were much more reasonable then other establishments I researched. The repair and service charges were great as compared to my previous experience with another establishment years before.My only regret, I wish I knew Double R Rentals did repairs earlier! I assume that is what the other R is for :)The most flawless and pleasant experience I have had in a long time. Kudos to Andrew, Kyle, and the gentlemen who picked up and dropped off the mower. Your professionalism and attention to customer service sets a very high bar for others to follow.Thank you again!

Great shop! I recommend Double R Rentals in Ladner to anyone in the lower mainland after my excellent experience with them. I had them put a new chain on my old Remington electric chainsaw and drove all the way from the North Shore. Not only did they make things easy for me by getting it done in just a short period of time, but the price was very reasonable and the staff were very good to deal with. Unlike a lot of other places these days, they have a genuine interest in ensuring customer satisfaction.

We were looking for a leaf blower and Tom and Kyle were super helpful! Went back twice and they were great both times.

Lift rental was quoted at 295 for a one day rental. The actual cost ended up being 700. Ridiculous. 135 dollars for fuel for one hour. 250 deliver to Ladner.What a rip off
