This was the easiest and fastest way to shop for vape products. By text, communicating with a human to arrange for delivery, and recieving it so quickly. The other places only arrange for Canada Post or a delivery company. This is their nice driver-to your door. I'm raving because I have tried so many companies now, finally one that does it well!

Always responds quickly to texts, fast friendly service. Can't beat the prices, it's cheaper than any other vape shop

This guy's a life saver. I couldn't make it out because of the weather and I placed an order to give it a shot, he called within minutes to inform me that one of their products I was ordering wasn't available and re-made my order within seconds. He also informed me of a deal I was unaware of and saved me $20. The delivery was stated to be 15 minutes which is amazing, but it only took him 8 minutes to arrive.Hands down best experience I've had when purchasing vapes, I will be using this service instead of going to the shop from now on!

100% would go there again. The owner was extremely kind I didn't have my debit card or e-transfer so he suggested one for the cash I did have on me. And honestly I like the one he suggested better !

Absolutely AMAZING!I needed pods for my old vape and went to my local shop 5 min before closing and rushed in and out - just to find out my vapes pods have been discontinued and I was sold a new pack I couldn't use.289 Vape Shop came through BIG TIME!1. They are open MAD LATE2. Homie was knowledgeable enough to understand my pod situation, explain the options I had available, and even recommended a new device they don't even have in store yet but said it was the BEST thing on the market if I'm looking for quality. DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO SELL ME ANYTHING - just straight up info and amazing customer service!3. They DID have the newer version of my old vape that DOES fit the pods I bought, AND delivered it within like 30 minutes. (Even thought there were like 2 deliveries before me!)I just needed to reload my old vape quick before I left town for the week but homies customer service was phenomenal. I don't know any vape shop that has as much hustle and open honesty as 289 Vape Shop. HIGHLY recommended!

Easy text to order, delivery is fast (15-30 minutes), delivery rates and prices are better than any other store around and they still deliver when the roads are this bad. They could carry a few more brands but other than that, no complaints
