Precise Mechanical Repairs

10/10 Jeff and Mark and the team are super friendly and easy to deal with. They're fast, do good work, get you in quick if you need it, and treat you fairly. I was new to the area and needed some repairs done on my truck and they were really good to me. Thanks guys for making me feel welcome!

I had a noise that concerned me, so Jeff and Adrian were nice enough to squeeze me in for a quick scheck to see if it was safety issue: when it turned out to be quite serious, they went above and beyond to ensure I was able to do my lengthy backroads commute in a safe vehicle. In a very timely manner. I am so very very impressed with their professionalism and service.

Precise Mechanical is by far the best vehicle repair/maintenance business that I have used on Vancouver Island. Jeff and Adrian are kind, honest and willing to take that extra time to help explain issues. As a female, I often find it intimidating to go into any type of mechanical repair or oil change facility, but these guys have definitely changed my outlook 100%. I recommend them if you are looking for honest, knowledgeable, kind, and fair mechanics with a very great price point.

Trustworthy crew, honest, well priced & overall great service. As we are moving around Vancouver Island a lot right now - they booked us in only a few days in advance . Crew was quick and efficient. Jeff has gone above and beyond… on multiple occasions. First time, I called because I needed to get my brakes done. That weekend, I was supposed to pull my trailer across the border with my car and I was panicked they weren’t going to hold on any longer. Precise was fully booked but Jeff called me back right away and squeezed me in so that I could go on my trip safely. The next time, I can’t remember what was getting fixed (not a car person) but I had hit a tree while driving in the snow a week prior and my front bumper was hanging off. Without any extra charge Jeff fixed my front bumper and made my car look less embarrassing as a total bonus. I am a very unorganized person and feel very lucky to have been taken care of on so many occasions by Jeff and Precise! Thank you thank you thank you! Highly recommend.

Life savers! We arrived on Vancouver Island on our way North when our car began having mechanical issues. We had no idea what the issue whether we were going to be able to keep on going. Other shops told us they were too busy but Mark and the team fit us in right away and took great care of us! We were so grateful for their willingness to help two stranded tourists, and love their honesty and customer service!

Jeff is the only person I would truly trust my car with. While I have been searching for a new vehicle my own has been giving me grief, Jeff has always been honest about what needs fixed immediately and what can wait. He truly wants to give you the best experience and in my opinion goes above and beyond for every customer. He’s kept my car on the road longer than she should be and I will never stop going to him! I have dealt with many mechanics who try to squeeze you for money and Precise has never made me feel that way once.

The team at Precise was phenomenal! They were kind, fast and efficient, and diagnosed the issue with our truck right away. In addition, Marc even drove to pick up the car key when we had forgotten to give it to him! Highly recommended!

I have used Jeff for awhile now, as soon as I found out about precise I brought my truck there. And haven’t used anyone else, and won’t use anyone else. I have referred others there, and they have all been really happy with his knowledge, workmanship and how he runs his business. Highly recommend.
