The young man behind the counter taking orders was wonderful. I had never been there before and had no idea what I was doing... he was so helpful and kind. I wish I had gotten his name.

This Starbucks used to have decent employees but lately it’s a nightmare. I just waited 22 minutes AFTER ordering two drinks. Never did get them. Just asked for my money back and left. Employees barely seem awake and they couldn’t care less about service.

Starbucks maintain consistency in their coffee offering. Wherever I travel, I get the same cup of coffee, and this branch didn't disappoint. My experience was during peak time with waiting queue, but we managed to find seats.

Quite a busy location, never a lack of lines on Saturday afternoon. Plenty of seating within Starbucks and in the mall that it is connected to. Fast service when ordering over the app. Seating area had charging ports available and free wifi as per usual. Mostly a clean and convenient location.

Ordered a caramel ribbon crunch drink. Straw basically collapsed and fell apart before I could finish the drink and the caramel crunch bits wouldn't even go through it. Tall table chairs were uncomfortable.

Don't know why I keep coming here, its a trainwreck. This morning I mobile ordered a drip coffee and waited 20 minutes for it. After 15 min I asked and the barrista unapologetically said yeah we're brewing a fresh pot for ya"1 star only because there's no zero star option."

The service in this particular Starbucks is by far and beyond the worst I have ever experienced. The employees are rude. They do not acknowledge any customers they are slow. They are too busy chatting with each other. I am there twice a day, and I am never acknowledged. Every other Starbucks I have gone to get to know their clients acknowledge them when they walk in and at least say hello and thank you.. But the staff in the Starbucks on Spring Garden Road in Halifax should not be in the public service industry.
