Thiek assisted us in purchasing 2 new iPhones and changing our Telus plan at the Hillside mall Telus store. . He was fantastic. Well-informed, efficient, polite and great to work with.

The lady here was kind of nice...the 1 guy was very rude. Didn't seem to care what my problem was. Will find another telus to deal with these ones were not very friendly

I was so fortunate to have walked in and met Thiek; he was able to help me. He was so kind and listened to all of my “techie” questions. I had NO idea of what was what, way over my head that is for certain! I explained to him that I was on a disability pension and money for me (or lack of same) was HUGE! He went out of his way and checked every single possibility where he could help me receive the best plan at the best price for my needs. I was so impressed with his sincerity and his determination to help me. Telus @ Hillside Mall is my ‘go to’ from now on. Well done and thanks again Thiek.

Wow...What a fantastic experience I had at this location and with the rep Josh. I went in on the Tuesday after Black Friday and Cyber Monday, having seen the lineups at every mobile brand store on Friday, and went in 20 minutes before closing Tuesday. (I normally don't like doing that out of courtesy to retail workers but had to that day). Josh was clearly a little worn out after what was likely an insane few days but he was super helpful, efficient, knowledgable and fast, but yet not rushing me at all. I have had mixed experiences at these places at all brands but often I find that the reps don't actually know a lot or don't retain a lot or don't communicate very clearly. Josh was sharp and made excellent recommendations and gave me all the clear info I needed to make a decision. It was a super smooth, light and good humoured experience and I came out of there a couple minutes after they closed with a great Koodo plan I felt really good about and a super deal on a new phone. I actually could have been done even sooner if it wasn't for the length of time my previous carrier took to send the authorization text to cancel my plan. He said to come back and see him if there were any issues at all. A fantastic rep and experience.

After a completely frustrating experience at the Mayfail mall outlet, where the agent was actually less helpful than the online assistant that had referred me to a carbon-based unit, I went to the Hillside outlet where a young woman named Tua (I'm sorry, I should have asked at the time how to spell your name!) took the time and had the patience to transfer account information and set up two new prepaid phones for my friend and me. Our issue was the old phones' SIM cards being too big for the new phones - simple in theory, in fact ridiculously tricky to resolve. Tua was pleasant, courteous, capable, and went beyond expectation to help us out when we were quite frankly fed up with both the online runaround and the ineffective staff member at the Mayfair outlet. 1000 thank yous, Tua, and to the rest of the Hillside staff. I have always had super service at this Telus outlet and will remember so in future.
