Worst customer service. Think twice before bringing anything to this dealership. Dropped off truck at 7am for a fluid change. 20-30min job. zero communication the entire day. I finally called to see when it would be done as my work day was ending and I needed it to get home. Service advisor said should be done sometime between 2:30 and 4. When I asked why it took so long he said they were busy. Bring your vehicle elsewhere. This is not the first time.

This dealership has demonstrated that customer service is not very important nor is a fair deal. Trying to purchase remotely and the communication is deplorable. They underbid trades and hide behind the dealer tricks like, the markets changing"

Surprisingly open-minded, although I came here with people who knew what they were doing, we got great service, and they knew what they were doing.

Absolutely will never go back to this dealership, especially sales. I bought a new vehicle had major water leak issues with it for a year. (Not Murray fault) after numerous conversations with GM Canada and arguing back and forth, GM Canada agreed to help with a trade-in, they directed me to Murray for my trade-in; Murray sales people would do nothing to help me get back into the vehicle of my choice. They tried to get me in more expensive vehicles that I did not want, and did not work for me. After my last attempt at dealing with them and being handed a piece of paper with a base modle SUV on it. I went to Cater GM in Burnaby and walked out with the car of my choice 2 hours later. Thank you Howard at Cater GM for listening to the problems and helping me get into the vehicle of my choice.

Wery bad service and staff. This is bullying, what happened today. We were not given a key. Today at a previously scheduled meeting in Murray we were told to wait 6 hours, stand on our feet and wait in the production shop. This is very unfortunate. I want share this story with the community.

Five Star Plus! We cannot thank Jean, our sales consultant and the team at Murray for their superior customer service. We needed a vehicle very quickly and they made it happen! The whole process was completely flawless and we will be back for our next vehicle!

Sent in a inquiry about a vehicle March 24th.March 25th at 10:22am Wayne Nelson leaves me a message to which I respond with in 20 minutes.5 hours later he responds with sorry which vehicle.I guess if you aren't in person you aren't important enough to matter

I called this location yesterday (first call here) I informed the parts" department that my vehicles key split in half and I need a new one today. He goes "okay I'll need ur VIC or VIN # to see if your key is American or Canadian to see if we have it in stock." I'm thinking okay cool

Great customer service. Seamless from start to finish for the purchase of my new (used) vehicle. Thanks to Rob,Jeff and Sheldon. Prices were very competitive as I was shopping around for a while. Highly recommend their services
