The Doorway

Awful service here. I had a girl there tampering with my drink; the staff was confronted and said they would call to apologize for their behavior, and they never did. /Renew MediSpa downstairs is fantastic. The staff here are always a pleasure to deal with, and Dr. Cameron is a jewel.But I will never again be a customer of The Doorway.

The ladies at The Doorway are always friendly, hilarious, helpful and so generous within the community. Their inventory is unique and varied, full of stuff you won't find anywhere else in our area. I love visiting them regularly!

I adore this place! They have amazing coffees and the best trinket shopping ever, not to mention gorgeous home decor. Definitely my favourite local shopping place in town!

l really tried to like this place,the first thing l noticed was stuffed and teadybears and every kind of stuffed animals you could imagine,went to take a closer look,they were 6o dollars or more ,you could of got them at Walmart for 10 to 20 dollars.Very over priced,many items were over priced, not much of a selection, l also was continuesly asked if l needed help to the point l felt rushed. l myself will not return, lwas very disappointed in the Doorway expected a much better review but l have to call it the way l see it.

Great coffee and terrific service! I was warmly welcomed the moment I entered this quaint little shop and small talk felt effortless. I ordered the house drip and the Americano and both were delicious. Aside from coffee they also had a unique collection of Christmas ornaments (seasonal decorations).

Easily the worst service and coffee I have ever had in this town. The manager Lisa speaks and acts as if you are bothering her just to order a coffee. Not to mention they have the single worst latte that I have ever had. There are many other places to get a decent coffee in town, heck I would rather go get a coffee at 7-11. Don't waste your money or time.Response:I can assure you that this reviis based on an actual visit to your location, though it was prior to Covid. The reason for my delayed posting was that I did have a friend working there at the time, and did not want my association with them to negativity impact their employment there. That person is not with the company any longer, so I had no such reservations, and considering how this person was treated as the relationship was ending, I believe my concerns were well founded.In conclusion I was a customer. I was not happy at all with the product or services received. It has been over a year now and I will still not return.
