Very very disappointed with the cleaning" job that was done.....we trusted a good job would be done given molly maid usually has a good reputation however that was not the case. AND given you charge $90 / hour we were expecting the bathrooms ar least would be done. And i did not want to go through the hassle of interviewing individuals to clean but i had to do that anyhow!!!!!The bathrooms were not done

Have never given a review before but I can’t believe what an awful job they did cleaning my cottage. Basic cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen counter were not done. Notes were left asking cleaners to do specific/simple tasks (clean kitchen cabinetry, kitchen vent ….) and these were not even attempted. Have never had such poor service from a cleaning service. I will never use them again.

Terrible clean, the women did not clean what myself and the owner agreed on. I had to call them and ask why they did not do half the things we spoke about and then they had to come back after already leaving. They also did not show up when we scheduled the clean and when I called to ask where they were, the owner had the dates wrong in her calendar? so they had to come the next day. Overall the service was very unprofessional and poor quality. The ladies who were sent to my home were lovely and I don't believe it was their intention, but the home was not cleaned and I should not have paid them what I did.

We recently had two women from Molly Maid come and do a “seasonal clean” of our home. We had just finished dog sitting for three shedding dogs and are now preparing for a home birth. We’re generally a pretty tidy house, but we definitely needed a little professional help to get everything as disinfected as possible. The team was fast, professional, and left our house looking and smelling beautiful. The booking process was simple and the people who came to our house were obviously very detail oriented. You would never know that this little house was recently full of dogs, and all the little corners that inevitably collect dust over time are now spotless. Thank you to the Collingwood team!

I am selling my home and needed a deep cleaning before I could put it on the market. I have been quite ill the past few years and I have been unable to clean the way I use to. I expalianrd this to Julie and she quite politely informed me it wasn’t as bad as I thought. Though I knew this was probably not true she made me feel better and less embarrassed by the state of my home. This alone would have been enough to recommend her business but she went above and beyond to fit me in to get already busy schedule, sending girls each as or more professional than the next and even came herself when time allowed. All this so I could put my house on the market in a timely manner. She had no reason to care or work so hard but she did anyway and my house look great, my realtors are impressed and I’m so happy. She may be a bit more expensive than some but you get what you pay for and my home reflects that. Thank you so much Julie and your staff. Wish I’d found you in the years before I moved, I’ll def be checking out molly maid in Alberta.

They always accomodate me if I need to change my date occasionally and do a great job! Julie and her staff are always pleasant to work with.Have been with Julie 4 or 5 yrs now.

I hired Molly Maid to clean my house the day before my wedding was being held at my home. They came, cleaned only HALF my house, yet took all the money off the counter and when I tried contacting them by phone and email I received no response. I feel like I'm being generous by giving them one star. Would not recommend.
