Buzzfit Châteauguay

I pass by everyday, front and back. There are no signs of any plumbers working. This is ridiculous. Website says you're open. onNobody answers the phone; this is customer service? Obviously, you don't value your clients.My experience in (project & construction management) tells me 2 days to make repairs. If damage is extensive then you put more men on the job. I'll give you 2 more days to clean up. WHAT IS THE REAL ISSUE.Member since you opened.

I love buzzfit very much especially the staff and the atmosphere of the gym and their amazing prices but they have a specific employee named Sabrina that has to go. I tried calling last week Wednesday at around 7 am because my boyfriend has been getting harassed by Sabrina after multiple times of him saying he has a girlfriend and isn't interested. When I called I began to explain the problem to the lady on the phone and once I mentioned the name Sabrina she had hung up. Don't know if it was her on the phone or not but it was rude and unprofessional. I would like to make a complaint due to it not only being me going through this with their significant other but others as well forcing us to go to monster gym because we no longer feel comfortable being there with Sabrina around. I would love to return back to buzzit please acknowledge the issue!

The manager is extremely rude. I went in person to cancel and settle my balance like I was told to and the following month they took the payment anyway even though I had cancelled. I called to get reimbursed and the manager said that I hadn’t cancelled and too bad, I wasn’t getting my money back. She was extremely unprofessional.

Best gym around here. Always immaculate and tidy with sanitary wipes to clean machines. Many weights and benches. State of the art treadmills. Best of all is the staff, courteous and kind with smiles when you enter.

***adding to this lovely review. In their reply the company wanted more info so I emailed it to them. The response I got (after outlining all the issues this gym has) was this:“Good morning , how can I help you ? I understand you wanna cancel, you will need to wait for the reopening to present yourself , you will not be charged during the closure.”This place is a joke and the company does not care about clients. ***A discount gym in every possible way. This gym can sometimes be good and others disappointing at very best. I have been going here for over 3 years and in that time the water machines have broken more times then I can count. The steam room was broken for months. The machines randomly break and the staff would rather have conversations with each other than help clients. Add to that they have been ignoring emails, Facebook messages and calls from clients while they remain closed due to water damage. The gym has already been closed 3 weeks and they refuse to give even an idea when it will reopen. Save your money and spend a little more and go to a gym that cares about you

I recently visited this gym and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed! The facilities are top-notch, the equipment is all in great condition, and the atmosphere is very welcoming.But what really stood out to me was the fantastic team of people that work there on the weekends. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. They really went above and beyond to make sure that everyone was having a great experience at the gym.Overall, I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great workout experience. From the facilities to the staff, everything is top-notch and you won't be disappointed. Four stars!

Love that gym. So much space, massage chairs. It’s clean. The staff is cool. and so many machines . Love it there

Impossible to cancel membership. Called almost a dozen times on the phone, told it was cancelled each time. I was charged for months and months with a new born baby at home and a sick wife unable to physically go there. They simply don't care.

Thank you Tamara and staff for keeping this gym super CLEAN especially during this very tricky time where Covid is still lingering around!I have visited many different gyms and can honestly say this specific gym is one of the cleanest I have had the honor of visiting. Management and staff is always friendly, nice, professional and accommodating. I love the fact that there are huge disinfecting containers station throughout the gym.
