Took my truck in for muffler repair, some diagnostic checks, and they were very thorough. Recommended a few necessary repairs and notes some important issues with my vehicle. Repaired exactly what I asked for with no pressure to repair additional problems. Thanks for the honest work at a reasonable price . Very nice people an company they went out of their way to help me and my family. I would recommend them. They will go above an beyond what is expected. I will never forget the experience I had. ( I had an unexpected car issue and was from outta town an with a car full including a puppy and they did everything to help us and make sure that we were okay an able to get back home)

Amazing customer service!! Main & Market will provide you with efficient, honest and fair service. John and his entire team are very friendly and super helpful. I had a flat tire and they were there immediately. Took the car, fixed the tire and returned it before I was even done work. They go above and beyond at all times. I grew up in Ridgetown and now live in Toronto, but I still get my car serviced in town when I visit my parents. You can’t beat small town customer service! I got the oil changed in my van and they also looked at my stow and go seat that was stuck and provided recommendations for repair. While the repair is a bit costly so we’ll have to budget for the future, in the meantime, the mechanic patiently explained and showed me how to get it to move with some elbow grease until we can do the full repair. Not only that, the car was delivered to the house. Highly recommend!

Our car was towed to this shop and it was fixed within 2 hrs. Quick , reliable and knowledgeable. As soon as I show them pictures they knew exactly what is wrong. We didn’t have to rent a hotel stay for the night which is a bonus. Thank you for all your help and service! We were glad we got home safe and sound!

I called in last week and was able to get my vehicle booked in the following Monday for an oil change.They shared a digital diagnostic with me upon completion that got sent straight to my phone, free of charge. It mentioned things that were running well and also things that needed to be tuned up to keep my vehicle running efficiently-complete with an uploaded photo to prove what they found, which is something I've never had at any other repair shop.Overall I am very pleased with their service and professionalism, would highly recommend!
