After driving away before all of our family members were in the car on the way to the airport, this company completely forgot about our reservation for our return flight. When I called to ask where our driver was, he insisted we didn’t have a reservation.We really should have paid after our return flight, as the driver had suggested before dropping us off at the airport.

The company were very prompt to respond to my booking inquiries, so definitely a commendation in that regard. HOWEVER, that’s where my positive feedback ends.We booked this company for a bachelorette party. The driver was 10 minutes LATE for our pickup. This may seem trivial; but we had carefully orchestrated a surprise for the bride to arrive exactly at an arranged time, with the intention the limo would be there to take us to our bachelorette party destination. Instead, we anxiously waited in an empty parking lot for the limo to arrive. It was very anticlimactic. We were never provided with a cell contact number, only an email address, so I was frantically emailing the company and they didn’t seem too bothered with this tardiness.Then, when the driver did arrive, he stepped out of the car and immediately inquired who was making the final payment arrangements. No apology for being late was provided, nor did he even acknowledge the bride or offer any congratulatory remarks. We asked him to take a picture of the group in front of the limo & he gave an exasperated sigh and muttered something about needing to pick up another customer and not having time.The interior of the limo was littered with empty water bottles and snack wrappers and we needed tidy up the garbage in order to sit down. The seats were also sticky. It didn’t feel very luxurious.At the end of the night, the driver returned 15 minutes early to our pick-up destination and came inside the restaurant and impatiently paced behind our table, as we were still paying our tab. Again, he kept looking at his watch and mumbling about having another pick-up to attend to.Overall, not a satisfying experience.
