We worked with Josee for about 4 months trying to find a house. The entire experience consisted of me having to continually follow up with her to arrange showings for houses we were interested in. Every house we saw with her was found by us, not once did she present us with any homes she thought we may be interested in. Our working relationship ended with her completely ghosting us. Lucky for us, we got a lead on a private sale and are now happily settled into our new home - purchased realtor-free! I do not recommend working with Josee, she will not give you the time of day!
