The Iron & The Eagle Golf & Country Club

Used to enjoy playing this course over last number of years. Bonus was felt like we were supprting small business as they got established.However, played recently and they've now priced themselves out of my consideration.Asking $70 each to play same nine twice. That's way too much . I can play a full regulation 18 hole course for same or less. Sorry to say I won't be back. As well I'll be updating the many family and friends I've recommended to play this course. Telling them to go elsewhere.

Will not be going back just based on price. Ridiculously priced for what it is. Plus 20 each for a golf cart. Could play better courses for less. Should have walked away at the door.

Great quiet 9-hole course with friendly staff. Well organized with the COVID protocols. Good course to walk or ride.

We played the Iron & The Eagle yesterday after work and it was very impressive! Beauty course! The owners were great people as well. We can’t wait to play another round there.

Great 9 hole course. Given the hot dry summer we're having fairways are in good shape. Good signage directing you to the next tee, ball washers full, bunkers in decent shape, carts clean and Susan is just wonderful to deal with. Nice variety of holes and 4 tee decks to choose from, wiil be backHighly recommend

This is a beautiful, well maintained 9 hole scenic course with long, wide fairways. Unlike many of the 9 hole courses you see, this isn’t an executive par 3 course. The holes are long so bring your driver and fairway woods. The traps have soft playable sand, a few water hazards to hit over, and the greens are large and undulating. The four tee box options are widely spaced so its a challenge for all levels. The fairways are separated by trees and bush, so you don’t get the tight side by side fairways that can be scary. Susan and Ray (the owners) we very friendly and we enjoyed hearing their story of “The Dream” and how they have put their hearts and souls into building, maintaining and operating the course. It’s a 9-holer but plays like a big course. We enjoyed our 18 holes and would definitely play there again!

This review is based on the price for this course not the condition .We were told it would be $60 for 9 holes with cart and no discount on the back 9 holes.That makes it $120 for 18 holes with a cart.No wonder there were only 2 cars in the parking area when we got there.We ended up going to Erin Heights and playing 18 holes with a cart for just $50.The owners would be better off dropping their prices and getting more traffic going through the course.It is a shame they have priced themselves out of the market .

Golfed here a few times over the last few years, $35 senior rate for 18 holes.Golfed here 2 weeks ago and they wanted $70 walking for 18, after bickering back and forth they gave it to us for $60, 18 holes walking but if i had not drove an hour to get there I would have walked away.Clearly these folks are out to lunch and make no wonder there are only one or two cars in the parking lot, I'm sure now with these prices they will never get anybody there and we will never return as well.

Pride of ownership is definitely on display at this golf course. From their manicured fairways,bunkers and greens to their never ending helpfulness in the pro shop. I have played this course twice now and absolutely love it.Thank you Ray and Susan
