The location is god awful but the staff are even worse. I went to pick up a printer and the guy grabbed it with one hand instead of holding both handles, proceeded to drop it as he walked towards the counter and sent it tumbling across the floor. I just got home to unpack it, lo and behold the printer was broken. This is how they handle your package in front of you imagine what they do with it while you’re not there. Avoid this place at all cost!

This is a mom and pop style shop that I go to frequently for my Canada Post needs. I saw all the negative reviews and felt compelled to write a bit about my own experience. The couple that runs it are extremely hardworking, straight forward, and direct. When it comes to mailing things, they know their stuff and get things done quick and efficiently.However, don't go there if you're looking to have a chat or have a ton of questions on whether you should use a bubble mailer or a box or whatever, while there's a huge line that extends out the door. Just treat it as a no frills, get in, get out kinda place.

After multiple unpleasant experiences I can confirm that the woman working here is just… The worst. If you can let the gentleman help you, latest interaction that prompted me to leave this review was the lady telling me to come back in an hour while she leisurely scanned packages and refused to take two seconds to look for mine that had just arrived. The guy stepped in and I was out of there in under a minute but she yelled at him the whole time while he quietly helped me, it was really uncomfortable.

I went here recently because they have Shefield and Sons branded matte Zippos and I bought one, they only have 1 left from what I saw in the display. They carry a few Zippo Pens as well. Don't sleep on this location. Most of the bad reviews are due to customer service and the postal service. I can't really comment on the postal part because I've never used their services. I remember the last time I went to this location the lady just ignored me and just sat there, when I went back another time the employees were talking a bit loud and ignored me again while I browsed. The time I came in to buy the Zippo I asked the lady working there and the man came to help me out with the Zippos. I also saw a delivery lady dropping off packages and another custom talking with the lady for a second, in my experience she wasn't rude at all.

If you can avoid having your packages dropped off at this store, do it. I received a slip from Canada post indicating my package was dropped off at this location. Went to pick it up and the person behind the counter said it wasn't received, which seems strange. I phoned Canada post and their records show my package was scanned and received by this store, so I went back a few days later and a different person working told me the same story. I'm not a detective, but it seems like my package fell out the back door" of their store when they received it. I have no recourse

Went to the post office to send a package. An older Asian man behind the counter was picking nose then inspecting it. I said that's disgusting. He got mad that I said something and wouldn't take my package.

Re: Post Office- Terrible “customer service” , if you can even call it that. Not polite whatsoever, never a greeting, never a slight grin or smile, and a please or thank you, haha good luck. Not professional here, it looks like the whole family is working there, wives, girlfriends etc. No name tags, wearing regular street clothes, no sense of urgency when serving customers, they look up at the next person in line and their expression says “not another one”… Very poorly laid out space, minimal counter area , awkward entry and exit to the “postal counter”, very disorganized with junk everywhere.Got to keep lobbying Canada Post to move the location out of here ASAP.

Came here to send off a Telus modem and tried to explain that there is a return ID I need to use.The guy stopped me and only said, give me the box." Then he proceeded to get the package labelled and processed. I was out of there within a min.I thanked him

I'm writing this after seeing many negative reviews, which are a bit unfair based on my experience. I’ve been using the service from this location for two years. The owners don't chat much with customers but are very efficient. If you ask questions, they will answer for sure. And over the past two years, I see they have improved customer service considerably.

I would never to do for a canada post office or similar kind of stores .. but this was out of the ordinary.. the women is just disgusting rude!!! I just can't believe how someone can be so RUDE!!!!! She can't stand working there, obviously super unhappy women and expresses her discomfort live with customers.. the guy was super nice but her she just should be out of there!!!
