We hired Pristine to install new eaves troughes and downspouts on our older home. Dispite being our highest quote, I liked the care taken to plan a better layout for our downspouts so decided to pay more with the hope to get the better end result. We knew some fascia would need replacing and the quote noted a $5/ft cost for replacing wood, so we budgeted accordingly. Unfortunately, things did not go as hoped.When we were called to schedule installation, we were told it would take a day. It ended up taking a week. The crew left nails, pieces of old eaves, and other bits all over the lawn and roof. They also installed cladding when I had requested none. With the fascia replacement there was also need to replace some rafter ends, the cost of which jumped to $20/ft despite the quoted price.While we eventually got the cladding removed without cost, the use of a different rate for the rafter ends added $1000 to the job. That coupled with the mess left, the need to get unrequested work removed, and the extended time to get the job done was really disappointing. I'll give a star as the eaves themselves seem to be good quality and so far installation seems good but I will not be a returning customer.

I have to say that our whole experience with Pristine wasn't what we expected. Their work took 4-5 days longer than what they told us would take, and the crew made a mess everywhere in our front and back yards. I also found their quote misleading. Their quote clearly states Any Required Replacement for rotted and/or damaged wood is $5.00 per linear or square foot

Pristine Roofing & Siding is a professional company. We did business with them twice and haven't been disappointed 1 second. This time, we had major exterior renovation done, replacement of rotten wood siding, installation of vinyl siding, fascia, soffit, window trim, eavestroughs, etc. The work was done when promised, and it was done very well and fast (all done in a week). They’ve used top quality materials, the finishing is perfect, and they did a good cleaning at the end. An inspector came to evaluate the work and see if there was anything we had to complain about. Every time we contacted the company, they returned our phone calls the same day, even though they are super busy. We would recommend Pristine anytime. They are the best.

I had a great experience with Pristine Roofing. They were professional and helpful when arranging for the service. They patched the area of concern until they were able to commit to the job. They worked efficiently and thoroughly while completing my roof. I would recommend them to family, friends, and neighbors!

Wonderful team. They changed the siding of our house and made it look very very professional. We started in 2022 and got three quotes from reputable companies. Pristine Roofing gave us the best price so we chose them. They were up front with us and told us that they were not going to be able to do it in 2022 as they wouldn't have the supplies in time. We were okay with that. We gave them a deposit of $2.5k and waited. They reached out to us in May 2023 and by May 30, 2023 the job was done. The job took longer than expected because our house had multiple sidings on it. But they worked longer hours and stuck with their quote. They did a great job.I also liked the fact that one of their workers was a great worker but seemed to be learning English. He had what I think was a Ukrainian accent. If my observations are correct, then Pristine Roofing is helping new immigrants integrate into Canadian society while making sure they have the labour to complete the job they have promised their customers. It is a win-win situation. Great company ethics on that front!

After consulting with five different roofing & siding companies and meeting with their respective reps to discuss material choices & estimates, we eventually determined that Pristine was the best fit for us. Having reached that decision, we hired them to do a fairly large project for us involving the installation of new shingles, soffit, fascia, eaves, removal of stucco all-round, removal of back steps, re-sheeting & insulating all-round, installation of PVC siding (Royal Celect), and contracting the masonry (to compliment the siding) as well as some electrical wiring for a new deck we were having built.It’s now been a year since we first met with Don, six months since the work began, and four months since it was completed. We are truly very happy with the outcome. Don was great to work with from the beginning, Rod & the roofing crew gave us a great new roof, Chris & Danielle did awesome work on the house from the first day to the last (they did everything mentioned above apart from the roof, masonry, & electrical), and the mason Don hired did a great job of the stonework (it looks amazing along with the siding). Prices were all reasonable and the workmanship was excellent.We have since hired Pristine to do my mom’s roof and it turned out great as well. We have referred a few others as well as we highly recommend their services. They get very busy in high season, though, so be sure to book them in the fall/winter if you can in order to have your work done in the spring/summer.All in all, we’re very happy with our decision to go with Pristine Roofing & Siding and recommend that you give them an opportunity to do for you what they did for us if you’ve got work needing to be done on your house. You won’t regret your choice and will no doubt be very pleased with the outcome, just as we are.

This company trespassed on my property, trampled my garden and left garbage, clothing and sharp pieces of facia laying around, which my 3 year old found and cut himself on. Zero respect for the neighbors or their property.

We originally hired Pristine for both our complete roofing job last year then again this year for full attic insulation after a referral from my mother. They are professional, do quality work and I would also recommend them to family and friends.

Overall I was very happy with the work. The job was complete in 2 days. The crew was on time and professional. It wasn't the lowest quote, but I didn't mind spending a little more on a local company that was recommended by others. Only a few things nails left behind for cleanup.
