Advertise they sell to all businesses but cancel orders without any valid reasons. No documentation website listing what business they won't sell to, I recommend finding other companies to do business with. I would also recommend taking a look at their GlassDoor reviews from employees. Statements relating to them shredding all books/refusing to sell all books with LGBTQ+ authors, interesting claim by an ex-employee.

Love deals! Got a normally $50.00 book for $5.00, this place is well worth dropping by.I have been to this book depot more than once; it by far has the best prices and quality when it comes to books. This place is the Costco of book stores.Pros:• Pricing (hands down if you’re looking for a deal, this is the place to buy books)• Atmosphere• Great staffCons:• Selection of books (they usually never have the first book in a series)

I just found this great online site (with great prices) which became a boon for Christmas shopping. Bought some books for myself too. The prices are so much less than other online sites and also less than brick and mortar shops that I made extra purchases to donate to the Toronto Fire Dept. Christmas drive.

Great place! They've employed a lot of people who desperately need jobs during this pandemic. They comply and enforce COVID safety guidelines. Really a fantastic place! I'd just ask that they get a vending machine for their employees. Other then that excellent business!

A great company to work for! I’m impressed by how friendly Management treats , trained & give Confidence to new staff like me, All staff members always available to support & guide you. The building is very clean and organized. The work is pleasant too. Love it!

Able to pick up really nice books at discount prices. Packed carefully and usually takes between a week and up to 2 weeks to receive.

Masks are mandatory for the workers but maybe someone should check to see how often the management and office staff wear masks. Certainly a double standard and really poor leadership. Maybe the managers need some HR training. As well maybe the office staff could park somewhere else and let the workers have access to adequate parking .
