A huge shout out to Don's Towing and Mark! We were stranded in Blue River with our RV and no garage in Kamloops would give us the time of day. Even the 2 GM dealerships would provide us with no service, and when Mark arrived, he immediately tried to help us find some service, but it turns out Kamloops isn't interested in helping Ontarians on vacation. Mark did not hesitate to drive us to Edmonton, Sherwood GMC, where help was offered to rectify our situation. Mark's day became an extended day of travel, but he took it in stride. Mark was extremely considerate of our unfortunate situation, conversation on our way to Edmonton was very pleasant. Mark was very attentive towards our motorhome, and somehow he turned our miserable day around! Thanks Mark! Thanks Don's Towing for making our day! There is some good in Kamloops!

Spencer did an awesome job! He was clean and precise when he dropped off my truck. I am an operator to a different company and he showed professionalism and experience for such a young buck! He has a bright future! Thanks again Spencer!!

Well, I lost my baby, she got beat up by a Suzuki that had lost her sence of direction. Tried to turn across an intersection with traffic flowing freely across. Most unfortunate my Chrysler 300c Heritage classic, that I had just purchased 5weeks prior, happened to be crossing that very intersection when she was hit…yes, when they told me my car was being written off, I cried. According to my sources, I.C.B.C. will write off any vehicle 10yrs or older. Man…the air bags didn’t even go off, and my car, my baby, is gone. (maybe I’ll write a country song) lol. As for Don’s Auto Towing? A friendly staff, a clean towing yard, and the ability to access your car once it’s been towed without having to fork over handfuls of cash, are all solid points in favor of this business. Knock on wood, you’ll never their services…but if you do, your in good hands. I’ve added a couple of pics of my baby…may she rest in piece.

So I had a terrible experience at the end of my work day. Someone purposely let the air out of my 2 front tires, and unfortunately, I drove the car for a bit without knowing. I thought something was wrong with my power steering. I called Don's towing and they sent Luke to rescue me. He came and took a look, then filled the tires with air and told me it was safe to drive to the dealership. He didn't even charge me for his time! What an amazing person and company!!! I will absolutely call them again when I need them, and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Luke and Don's!!!

Jake did a tremendous job with my driving mishap. Gracious and helpful. Took the time to make sure I was able to get home after dropping my car at auto service for repairs. Would highly recommend.

My car got broken in the middle of the busy Fortune drive in Kamloops. Tim, the driver, was very quick & efficient! He towed the car to the shop and then gave me the lift back to work. Veryprofessional, time & money saver, care about people! Thank you! Good luck in your business!

We were driving down one of the streets in the neighborhood , when we turned the corner to tight and clipped the jagged broken curb. I called Don's Towing and had my information taken by a very personable professional lady. She quoted a driver to get to us in 45 minutes to an hour. He was early by approximately 10 minutes. To us , ten minutes is a lot when you've got three children to make dinner for. The driver it was incredibly polite , very helpful and very knowledgeable. He had our vehicle up on the flat bed and at our house with him approximately ten minutes. Very efficience very wonderful. If we ever need a towing company again we will definitely be calling Don's Auto Towing. The rates are very reasonable and the service is impeccable. Thank you Don's for being so impressive.

I had a really good experience with Don's Auto Towing today. I called them twice during the week - once for inquiring and today to schedule the pick up. Both times they answered my call almost immediately. The driver was polite and did a great job dragging my car out of the garage with no damage (the car's breaks were jammed), he explained everything during the process, and was on his way in no time. I would definitely recommend.

We got stuck with a very bad flat, called Don's Auto Towing. They said we can expect a tow to come by in 30 mins, amazingly they made it in 15 mins or even less I think. Not only did they tow us to a safe place, they also assisted in finding a good repair shop late that evening. They went above and beyond by coming to the repair shop, explaining the issue to the shop with the flat (it was a really messy one but could be fixed) and made sure we were set. I'm really sorry that I don't recollect their names but it was two of them and this was a Wednesday afternoon. I hope Don's auto towing recognizes these stellar employees who really did go that extra mile (quite literally). Thank you ! I highly recommend them to others ! With so many scummy businesses around its so nice to see a honest business that we should encourage and give business to. 100/10! Definitely Definitely recommend.

I was visiting Kamloops from Vancouver over the long weekend and getting ready to drive home when my EV wouldn’t let me put it into drive. Called Hyundai Roadside Assistance and they gave me an ETA of 180 minutes for the tow truck service. Within an hour of hanging up from Hyundai, I receive a phone call from Joe saying he would be at my car’s location in less than 10 minutes! Thanks to Joe and five other guys, they were able to push my car out of the underground parking lot and up a slope back to street level. He towed my car to Vernon Hyundai and dropped the keys off so I could spend the rest of the weekend in Kelowna with a friend. Otherwise, I would’ve been stuck in Kamloops until Tuesday when the shop reopens and would’ve had to pay to stay in a hotel. Could not be more grateful for Joe’s hard work!
