I purchased an Mach e before I moved to Arnprior and moved my service over to Urban. While I have had some small issues with the vehicle the service team has been excellent . Seems like they are always ready to take an extra step and although I don't want to see them that often :) the service was excellent.* You could move all the junk away from the charging station though :)

I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with this Staff and ownership. They went above and beyond for my family. This was by far the best buying experience we have had to date and I’ve bought a lot of Vehicles from various dealers.For me the search is over! I have found a brand and dealership that I can finally build a long term, one stop shop relationship with.Alicia our sales rep was excellent and she made sure we got the price we needed to be at, she went above and beyond making sure we had what we needed and didn’t have to play games and walk out empty handed.We have young children and they encouraged us to bring them and they didn’t disappoint the whole staff helped entertained our kids and setup games and toys to keep them happy while we took care of business, even having space available for my wife to feed our newborn.The owner also went above and beyond and came out and talked with us and was personable and down to earth, I am really happy we were able to do business locally and we didn’t have to overpay in order to do it! At the end of the day, a vehicle is just a vehicle and when you’re buying brand new there isn’t much that separates these brands anymore with all the options. It comes down to how you are treated and this place was A-1 and I can’t wait to get my next vehicle from them and complete the full switch to Ford but more importantly Urban Ford. Thanks very much!

Everything was great with the sales portion. I then took my truck in for service. It took that department 3 dates to finally resolved an issue as simple as applying anti seize to the tailgate hinges. Since then, I received a letter for a recall on my vehicle. Attempted to schedule an appointment for the recall, I was told they didn’t have the parts in stock meanwhile every other dealership had plenty of parts in stock for the recall. I also purchased a set of tires at the time Ford was offering bonus points with a tire purchase. It’s been 8 months and I still haven’t received my bonus points. Since the vehicle was purchased and I left the lot it’s been nothing but a headache and lack of customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Absolutely no acknowledgment or responsibility for the work performed , left garage after a simple alignment and within 7km the vehicle was shaking so bad it felt like the wheels were coming off returned and was informed not us there’s a bad caliper but absolutely had no issues prior to leaving their establishment! Crazy and a un liscenced tech did the work !

Dealt with Megan in service. Very knowledgable and super professional. Even though it’s a bit of a commute and other dealers are closer we come here. Best Ford dealer around!

Excellent customer service. We bought a explorer here in March and just back for a Bronco last week. LOVE them both, zero complaints. The best customer service we have ever had. We will never ever think twice about going anywhere else.

Just picked up a new Ford Maverick a few days ago. Great sales experience, and the staff at Urban Ford are low key. The feel is like you are being welcomed into the family. Like my truck so far.

2 years ago I bought a New Ford Ranger and went back thins year for a F-250 Super duty, could not be happier with both purchases. Excellent staff, always very helpful
