My appointment is at 12pm. I came exactly at 12noon. I am a type of when I have an appointment, I hate to be late, same as what I expect other people to be. It’s 12:24 and still waiting. When you plan your day, waiting is a big deal. I just left. Crazy! No respect of time. When you call for an appointment, schedule them for a time you could. Some people don’t have patience of waiting.

I had a wonderful experience with a fantastic stylist named Joelle.A great conversation, gentle touch & I gave her a few ideas, as I was cutting my long hair for my 4th donation. She wowed me by giving me a fabulous style. It's very difficult to see a person's appearance while masked & she rocked my cut!Thank you, Joelle for my cut. I'm so happy I was your first donating client.❤️

Fine haircut cut the tip options are in dollars not percentage. Seems kind of deceptive when all others are in percentages. Meant to leave 20% tip but it ended up being 60%. Be more aware than I if you go here.

I wont be paying 31 dollars again for a 10 minute hair cut and paid 40 dollars cash and only got 8 bucks back. Does honesty exist anymore ? Nope.

Had a 430 appointment booked. When I arrived as I was asked to wait. During that time I noticed a man seated without an appointment ahead of me. When I asked about it, I was told they forgot about me and I would need to continue to wait. I left.

31 dollars for a ten minute mens hair cut. Went too far up on the fadeSame price for woman's hair cut. Girl who did my hair cut had a thick lawyer of hair on her men's clippers. Total disgusting.

Terrible, not recommended for children, little patience and tact to work with children. Terrible experience for my son and me. Bad service, bad cut.
