Great customer service but new phone doesnt work right

My phone will not power on after he attempted to repair the screen. Once the screen was apart he realized he didn't have a screen for my phone. I told him to put it back together. Now i have a non functional phone.I asked if he had a boss or a higher up and both kiosk couldn't give me an answer on who he is.I DO NOT reccomend this place

My battery exploded and these guys saved and repaired my phone. Awesome service, great price and very fast as well

I asked to them to help me fix my iphone as it was stuck on rebooting to apple logo. I told them i tried the restore process and I have spent many days trying to fix it. They said that it will cost 20 for diagnostics and if they can repair it will be 25 or 40 if they replace any parts. They called me to tell me that it was a motherboard issue and they cant repair it. Advised me to pick up my iPhone and pay 20 buck plus tax. Little disappointed as I thought the professionals deemed the phone not good anymore. So I attempted to try to restore again and again on my Mac a few more times, and I was successful in getting my phone to work. However I feel that these guys didn't do anything to fix my phone, they just took my money. I would not recommend going to this place to get any type of phone service/repairs. Not as professional as I thought.
