Our dog, Theo, has been staying with Bria at Pawsitive Natural Pet Resort since he was a puppy. He is by far the happiest when he’s there (maybe even happier than at home lol!). Bria does an amazing job looking after her guests, she loves them like her own. Theo has had all sorts of allergies and medication, and we can always trust Bria to make sure he stays on track with diet and meds. She is also also sure to send pictures of him when we’re away! Thank you Bria!!

I have brought both of my boxers here multiple times. The service and pricing are awesome, my girls always get excited for their SPA DAY! Highly recommend Pawsitive Natural Pet Resort for the friendly, loving and professional service.

Bria did an amazing job on my pooch's haircut; he looked fresh and looks sooo handsome.

We have an 8 month old Presa Canario we took in for a pawdicure and ear cleaning. Our Bruno warmed up to Bria right away. Knowing the size of our baby even the vet wasn't able to do his nails. Bria was great and though she had struggles with our pup who has separation anxiety she still did it. She was great to make recommendations to help relax Bruno for his next visits. We are so glad we found you! Highly recommended!

One of the best companies to do business with. The Director Bria was straightforward and had her designs and inspirations ready to go. We had a fantastic time collaborating on her project. I recently boarded my dog Douglas with Bria when I went on vacation for 10 days. I was a bit nervous because I have never left my dog alone with someone else. She was extremely professional and always kept me posted on how Douglas with doing with pictures and videos! On top of it all he ate like a king while he was there! Would highly recommend and will be using Bria whenever I need to board my dog.

Pawsitive is honestly the best grooming salon we’ve been to yet. The groomer was great with handling our anxious girl we’ve had issues with her at other salons and have had to go pick her up without them completing the haircut. Bria had no issue warming up to her. She gave her a beautiful cut and had her smelling great.I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a groomer who really knows how to handle any dog!

Bria always makes our pup the most beautiful and clean! Our Luna has a very thick and long coat and she grooms it perfectly to help with the shedding. Bria truly is a animal whisperer, Luna leaves so happy and calm every time. I also love that she uses natural products.Bria is the best groomer we’ve ever had. We’ve gone through a lot of trial and error with others. Thank you Bria for all your hard work and love towards our Luna!

We have a 5 month Poodle Mix who came from the breeder in pretty rough shape. We found Pawsitive online and thought Bria had a wonderful story and we also really liked that she used only natural products.This is our second time at Pawsitive, we had used the behavior training with our husky prior and had great results!She was again very knowledgeable and gave us great advise on how to care for our new puppy(Wilma). Our puppy was so scared when we dropped her off and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the results.We picked up our baby and she was happier than ever.This girl is the dog whisperer! She really cares about our dogs and gives great service and help.

Don’t count on Bria to keep the appointment. Highly disappointed and rudely shocked at how unprofessional she has been in regards to our dog Blush’s grooming appointment. Canceling it each time, one hour before, delaying it and then canceling that too.Showed up in heavy thunder and rain on a Saturday morning after 3-4 cancellations by her with my dog Blush who was crying due to the heavy rain. We stayed in the car for over 35 mins, called her, messaged her even rang the door bell thrice, no answer.Just extremely unprofessional at this point. She used to be good maybe up until a year ago but now it seems like she’s money-hungry, makes appointments over the phone, shifts them, make excuses and simply keeps ur dog waiting. Clearly taking excessive work and unable to manage so many dogs and their grooming or boarding.Save ur energy and take ur dog to a proper, professional salon. Where they will care not just for ur pet but also for your time.
