I have had them for 20 years (under different names) and they were the least expensive. Rates kept going up by almost 5.00 a year but no changes. No claims. I called to ask them several times over the years for other options but no one would call me back and I forgot about it switching. Same when I went to cancel with them. No one would call me back, ever. Sad really. I switched to a cheaper insurance company.

Marie-Josee was an absolute pleasure to work with. I spent over an hour on hold with another company, gave up and have these guys a call and was immediately greeted by someone and within 20 min had my new house insurance sorted out, at a great price.I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
