I wish I could give this business a zero point star rating as that's what they deserve. I've been dealing with Midway for aprox 10 years. Bought a used car and two trucks. I recently was looking into a new truck. I had asked the owner if he could get me into a new truck at the same payment as I am making now. He hasn't been able to. I told him I was looking around. Found a brand new Ram 1500 out of Amherst. I received a call from the owner, Jamie, and when I told him I bought a truck elsewhere, his response was That's going to be a far way to go to get service done" and then told me to "Have a nice day"

Woman at the parts counter was extremely short and condescending and needs to learn what customer service is all about. She had a very know-it-all attitude and I considered her very rude. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the guy with the beard and glasses was extremely friendly and helpful but when I asked him the price of locking lug nuts the ignorant woman cut off our conversation and I had enough at that point. Honestly I will never go back unless I’m in dire need of a part just because of that woman!

I’ve been getting repairs and maintenance on my 2012 Ram 2500 6.7 Cummins for the past 8 years and have had nothing but great service. If you own a dodge I highly recommend calling these guys. Always professional, timely appointments and get you back on the road quickly.

Stopped in to get a part. Met with, I would assume, is the same service/parts desk lady that Brian Young left the previous poor review about.Very condescending, cold, hostile attitude. Felt like I had committed a crime by asking for a part without having my VIN number on hand.She had gotten very irritated as she couldn't hear me reading off the VIN over the impacting going on in the garage.Have had a couple poor experiences with her before, nothing has changed. Just stopped here because its closer then Antigonish.Beware anyone seeking parts or service.Gave it 3 stars as everyone" else I have met or known there such as
