The ladies are always very welcoming and kind. The very always takes the time to well explain things. I always feel that my dog is in the best hands when we go. Thank you!!!

Bottom line: I brought a cat in for an exam and they said he was perfectly fine. Upon a 2nd exam at this same vet only a week and a half later the results were that he had an eye infection, an infected wound and a tick. All these were missed during the first exam.Lack of communication and organization between the staff. Also, the secretaries are defensive.Different staff members saying different information and on top of that there is no accountability.There is a genuine passion to care for the animal though.

Outstanding service, fast and reliable, gone out of their way to help me out while my Cat was sick.Being in a place where they cared more for your pet than making a profit, that says alot about this establishment.Only place I will go now.Highly recommended.

Completely unprofessional .Overpriced . Terrible service . I do not reccomend .Great service with my previous veterinarian Dr.Bertrand. As she closed her clinic she moved to the Vétérinaire Chomedey . However the moment I stared coming to Vétérinaire Chomedey it has been problem after problem.My dog was just diagnosed with a kidney issue,. Dr.Betrand requested I do further testing at the clinic however Dr.Caisse purposely refused to complete tests and refused further services .Absolutely revolted with this clinic .Please avoid this clinic at all costs .

The front desk ladies are always in a defensive mood, not receptive to listen what the customer has to say and there is no good approach with the customer. Very annoying one of the ladies is extremely loud and can be very rude!I’ve seen them doing the same to other customers while waiting to see the vet.I hope they change that because its so important to receive a decent first line service!

The vets and staff were all very caring and compassionate. Thank you for your dedication and hard work. I highly recommend Clinique veterinaire Chomedey.

Stay away at all costs. Instead of dousing a proper evaluation this vet and colleagues just gave me a bunch of medication and tried to sell me teeth cleaning and other services instead of treating my dog properly as “professionals” my doc is DEAD not ever 6 hours after leaving this clinic. BEWARE

Very bad service, I brought my 7-month-old dog for the first time to register, they did not attend to me at the indicated time, the consultation lasted less than 5 minutes, the vet never asked for the dog's vaccination card, the vet did not know the food I'm giving my dog ​​so he told me he had no recommendation. What kind of vet doesn't give your dog advice when he's supposed to be the animal expert? At the same time my dog ​​was showing symptoms that I described as something stuck in the dog's throat and white vomit, the vet sent him culture tests and a pill to prevent vomiting ( of course $$$$). I consulted with another vet because i was definitely not satisfied with the service at this clinic, and he explained that the dog could have kennel cough" which was often mistaken for vomiting. But the vet here never told me about other options. Truly lousy service."
