I'm in town because my husband is writing a big exam tomorrow so we ordered from here to go so he could continue studying. My husband got a chicken lettuce wrap, I got the pork chop dinner and we shared a poutine. He really enjoyed his wrap. The poutine was okay but my pork chop dinner, it was so delicious! I wish we lived closer but we live 4 hours away. If we ever have a reason to come back here, I will go back to this restaurant and try something else on their menu!

Great food & very friendly waitress. It is a big place qyite roomy but understaffed.. only 2 ladies catering to all the customers in a busy tourist area..they're very generous in terms of food portions and very delicious and omg the price is just right! We enjoyed our last night there.

A great place to relax and dine in. We were a few families that went on a cruise at 1000 islands. Was looking for a restaurant that can accommodate 16 people including kids and would take reservations ahead of time. Couple of restaurants we called didn’t take reservations and one of them said they will call back to confirm and didn’t. Maverick staff was very professional & polite. Made the reservations for us. On the day we found they organized the table ahead of time, in a separate room for 16 people, all together. Server was prompt, foods arrived surprisingly quickly , food was really good and service was excellent. Certainly will go back again if opportunity arises. Thank you so much Maverick staffs.

We had a rehearsal dinner at Mavericks and worked with Evan who was the most accommodating, nicest person ever! He answered my 1000s of emails and questions about how to plan this dinner for 40 people. We came up with a fiesta themed taco party to which they served 4 types of tacos and Evan even figured out how to make churros as a request. The staff was super kind and the room they gave us to use was the perfect size for a small party.

I was at Mavericks last Friday night (April 21st) for dinner with 2 friends and I just wanted to pass on that our evening was spectacular! We were served by Rhea and she was the perfect server. What a wonderful person, who was very pleasant and attentive! Our food was also delicious. I had the Cobb salad and I raved about it all week. What a wonderful experience. Just wanted to pass that along. Thanks for a great evening.

Very nice establishment right on the strip in Gananoque. A must-try if you're stopping through!A very nice atmosphere and a surprisingly large venue despite the looks on the outside.The food was incredible, with lots of vegetarian options. Service was quick and friendly.Will be going again!

Great food. Great service even though they were very busy. We really enjoyed our breakfast and it was priced well.I will definitely be back.

The food and service was just okay. They forgot my beer and had to be reminded. The kitchen mixed up the order and made the wrong pizza. But the server was good about offering the pizza for half price. However, the BBQ pizza was tasteless. So overall not a good experience.

Okay experience but that is about it. Ordered the Thanksgiving meal for around $30 after tax. The portions were a little small and food was pretty bland and dry. The soup was spectacular though, would get that again in a minute. Whipped cream was put on the pumpkin pie and by the time I got home it was melted and soggy. Overall the food was okay at best, probably won't choose this restaurant again given the premium price.
