Worked with for years, then was turned away because they were no longer interested in taking on independent plating jobs. Disappointing, and rings true for many businesses in Canada, people just don’t want money!

Precision Plating
Called and spoke to Crystal about getting some items gold plated. She asked me to email her the details and said she’d get back to me with a quote. I called the next day and she was abrupt and rude and said someone would get back to me in due course. Well two weeks have gone by and no one has bothered getting in touch. I would suggest taking your business elsewhere. Just a matter of time before this company goes under due to lack of customer service.

I have been using Precision Plating and Metal Finishing for over a year for Type III Class 2 anodizing and their service and quality have been fantastic. The finish provided is very durable and the colours are deep and dark. Highly recommended anodizing service.

I can't say enough about how great my experience was with Precision Plating!Immediate and courteous E-mail responses, excellent pricing, FAST turnaround and excellent quality plating!I did not have a large order to be done, but unlike many other industrial companies, I wasn't treated like my business didn't matter because the total of my order wasn't going to get some Bigwig" a new Porsche.I don't do Google reviews very often

I had called and also dealt with Crystal. She was very polite on the phone, and courteously informed me that although they focus on more of an industrial level, and not custom/car parts like I was looking for, she was knowledgable and went above and beyond to even give me the company name and phone number of a couple places that do. A+ for customer service!

Kristal on the phone was so rude I took my business elsewhere, have done custom pieces before and will no longer do business with them based on the phone call and customer service. Every question I had there was a rude response. She wouldn’t work for my company. In extension she won’t be. Hope this review helps.
