My wife and I, David Oldfield, reside in East York and have been dealing with Aetna Pest Control since the late 1980’s. We have been and are still under a yearly contract with them pertaining to termite infestation and have yet to be disappointed with either their service or personnel.Their attention and response to our needs has never wavered! Their office support staff and field technicians have always been attentive to our concerns and needs. Their response time to address those have always been in our best interests, both respective to our time schedules and availability.Termites have always been a concern in our area and Aetna has always been extremely congenial in assisting and addressing those concerns. We are extremely pleased with the personal attention we have received over the years and subsequently we will to continue to rely on Aetna and their advice henceforth!

I haven’t had an experience with using them for pest control yet, but I want to express my appreciation to Liz for answering my questions on the phone with so much patience and kindness!

We had a rather unexpected large rodent visitor appear out of nowhere in our newly renovated East York home. So after very nervously catching and disposing of it with a large metal snow shovel, I called Liz the Owner of Aetna who I had known from some years ago. Her Parents started the local Family business over 50 years ago and have a great reputation in this line of work. Liz sent Doug who was a very friendly and knowledgeable young Gentleman and he inspected our home and pinpointed the likely source of entry, left some traps and gave us some great advice and to relay to our contractors on the continuing home building work. Liz and her team were AMAZING! Aetna is super professional, extremely knowledgeable, communicative, honest and efficient. My client purchased a home in Little Italy and it was ravished by termites. They still occupied the house as well as, had destroyed a number of structural walls. We rebuilt it and had Aetna come in and give their expert advice and treat the issue. We haven’t seen a single termite nor the evidence of any since and it was very very bad prior to Aetna. I will use their services anytime I require termite removal or any other pest in the future! Highly recommend them. Easiest and most sincere and knowledgeable team I’ve ever done business with. Other companies had been out prior to my client purchasing it and they couldn’t handle the situation and refused to honour any warranties. Thank you Aetna!!

Very honest people. Called them for a lady bug invasion. They educated me that the lady bugs were just trying look for a warm place to get thru the winter. They are not trying to multiply themselves. Gave me some home remedies ( seal any cracks and use vacuum if I want). Super nice people. I would totally hire them if I encountered any pest issues.

Always a quick response from office staff. When they missed me, messages were detailed and clear. The technician (Doug) was terrific. He explained to me what he was doing and why he was doing it. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly.And of course the main thing, they solved the problem. Highly recommend!

Wow, so impressed with Aetna and their transparency and willingness to assist. We asked them to help us figure out what to do about the ants we have been seeing around our windowsill. Doug and his colleague came by and both were friendly, informative and extremely professional. And no pressure to sell us expensive treatments, just good advice on what to watch for, and when we might need to call them for a treatment if the issue escalates. I would happily call Aetna should we need to show those ants who's boss. ;-) Wonderful company, and so glad they are in the neighbourhood!
