Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Was there to buy a ice cream cake and the staff were amazing! The place only has outdoor seating so it's a very small Dairy Queen. There were 3 homeless people sitting inside on the window ledge because it was bitter cold outside! I was impressed that the staff let them eat there and stay warm. I was concerned due to one of the being really high on whatever and I had my granddaughter with me so it was weird!

Nice place to grab a sundae. No indoor seating so you are out on Simcoe south outside at night. You've been warned

I saw food being dropped on the floor and picked up and still being served to customers. Wont be going here again. Actually putting a call into health department as saw multiple violations. Please dont eat here. There was only one nice staff, think her name started with J.

We ordered an ice-cream cake for my daughter’s birthday. The design was very beautiful. The cake itself is also yummy as always. Also, the price was very good. Highly satisfied with the service. Thank you!

I got a banana split. There was hardly any ice cream, they piled the topping on so there was more topping than ice cream and it ended up a melted mess. I remember when dairy queen wasn't so cheap with their ice cream. Now you pay more for a lot less.

Looks like they have new owner. I used to go once in a while in past but new staff seems way better! It shows in food and customer service. I love the food! Tasty, fresh. They are fast, organized and polite. blizzard cup fell from my daughter’s hands and they replaced it with new one without any questions and without making any faces! Their cakes are yummy. I would definitely recommend this place and would visit often.

Great staff, amazing pricing for icecream cakes annnnd they even write a personalized message included with the price ! The staff were extremely helpful and had a smile on their face the entire time. No wait time, and surprisingly had an amazing tasting burger! No complaints ♡

I used to go to this Dairy Queen offen, but last time for me . I was the only one in line, took 50 mins to get meals, 2nd time i went was only one in line, took 25 mins, get banana split sents new owner. This place suck Dairy Queen simcoe st.s oshawa they stand around talking their language so rude . NEVER GO BACK
