Subway

Came here for lunch with my little brother after doing some shopping. Ordered a foot long vegetarian sub with a large Coke. The sub was average, but the drink was something else. The drink was a Coke with ice and as I was drinking it had a sour after taste. I didn't really think anything about it until my brother was drinking it and he had to spit it out because it was really sour. I then opened the lid to find blobs of a dark, slimy like substance that I thought to be some type of fungus. This got me pretty upset and I went back to the employees and the first employee didn't know what to do and gave me this odd type of look like she expected me to do something about this problem. The first employee didn't do anything so I called for the manager and she said she would give me a refund but almost felt like she didn't want to and I felt that she was being rude to me. She didn't really apologize for it she kind of just pushed it to the side and just gave me my money and wanted me go leave. That type of treatment is unacceptable and got me frustrated. This is a safety and health hazard and it seems like the employees didn't care. I don't know what the black slime is or how it got there but someone needs to pay more attention. Either to cleaning the machines properly, maybe checking the ice, but whatever it is it's unsafe and unacceptable. Those employees also need more and higher quality training on what to do on those type of situations. That was completely unacceptable and I will never be eating at that Subway again.

Worst experience in Subway , the Indian GIRL was so rude & she don't have Sense to talk with customers. I just asked her to chop tomatoes & she refused in very disrespectful manner . I request to owner or manager please change the staff or tell her to behave properly.

I am not given one star to this subway. One of the worst experience one girl on front disk speaking rude. Don’t know how to deal with customers.

disgusting customer service ...very rude girl that was making our sandwiches should be fired ... there was no name tag on her dress otherwise will mention her name... want to give negative rating to this location. they should teach their employees how to do best customer services , they have zero knowledge about that........ no experience staff just Rude attitude and ego

Today, I ordered subway to Punjabi girl. She was very rude. She didn't know how to deal with customers. Although, we are tired at work it doesn't mean that we spoil other person's mood. I recommend every single person do not eat subway at this location because of only staff 's bad behavior.

The staff working in this subway at bramlea city centre are so much rude & have so much attitude problem, no respect for customers at all , I would never reccomend this place , worst place to eat & if customers ask for something they would give excuses & try to avoid you .

It was very bad experience . She is very rude she dont even know how to deal with customers she is full of attitude and also dont have the name batch she just spoil my day . Finally she is not able to do this job
