I wasn't sure what to expect my first time at the sauna but Stephanie made me really comfortable, had the room well prepped, and gave me good directions on my options while in the sauna. It was so comfortable and the time went very quickly. Can't wait for my next visit!

Angela is a very powerful human. She is incredibly generous with her knowledge and time. Her empathy and psychic gifts, know no bounds. I felt completely safe, seen, and heard. She is willing and open in sharing of herself which is important to me and I’m so appreciative. Our session was extremely impactful and I’m still floating on air with all that I felt, released, and learned! I cannot wait for my next session!! If you are debating, don’t!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at Expand Healing Centre! I attended for my first time today and had a massage with Yvonne. From the minute I stepped into the room Yvonne made me extremely comfortable and she explained every step she would do whether it were adjusting a pillow or draping a sheet, I really appreciated the open communication. Yvonne is incredibly sweet and has an awesome personality as does everyone I had the pleasure of interacting with at my visit.I know this is a lengthy review but I’m serious when I say it was AMAZING!

Best Indian head massage by Naz! Highly highly recommend! I felt so calm and relaxed, it was a beautiful experience & I will be back with my family for future appointments. Also shoutout to Angela for being kind and helpful when booking our families appointments.
