Honestly I wouldn't recommend I would call around other places first they charged me $1,800 two weeks later I had oil leaking around my engine they supposedly fixed there's been a squeaking sound every time I accelerate and my engine light still been on I called after the two weeks and they wanted more money when I already gave them $1,800 in my car was even fixed

I had a problem crop up with my car while I was road tripping through Canada. These guys squeezed me into their schedule, sourced replacement second hand parts for me and got me back on the road so quickly I barely had to change my plans! Thank you!

I have been here twice, and had a very positive experience today. I am a young woman who doesn't know much about cars, and the Bedford Napa people have always been extremely honest and fair with me. They always make me feel comfortable and don't take advantage of my (low car knowledge). Happy to give them business!

I have gone here 3 times on the recommendation of a co-worker. Mark has gone out of his way to ensure that my issues have been addressed and at a reasonable cost. They have spent extra time looking for parts as he knows I am on a limited budget. They are hardworking and honest and I would highly recommend them.

I came in with a slow leak and 2 bent rims-these miracle workers had me back on the road in less than an hour, for less than $50, when everyone else (including my dealership) quoted me at least 3 days and over $200. They even left a Thank You" note and candies on my dash! This is the BEST auto repair experience I've had in a decade of driving-top of the line skill and customer service

All the places are crazy busy during tire changing seasons. I had flat tire took it off the car myself went to couple of places they won't even look at the tire say need appointment or leave it. Went at Bedford Napa Dave looked at it right away and haf it fixed. He also squeezed me car in between others to have it put on the car so i dont have to jack it myself at no extra charge. Reasonable price! Loved the visit. Highly recommend it!

Have been here 3 times so far and I have been very pleased with their timeliness and work. First time was a major service repair, second seasonal tire change and oil and filter change, and third time was oil and filter change. Fair prices and everything well explained and no delays.
