Home Hardware's return policy is a complete joke. I tried to return a pellet grill that I am pleased with and they will not take it no matter what. How is a person supposed to determine if they are satisfied with a product if they do not use it. I don't know of anyone who purchases a barbeque to have it sit in a box, unused and then return it. If I could of gave Home Hardware 0 stars I would.

Home Hardware in Lloydminster is not just a great locally owned store, it is a literal experience! They have things that you never even know you needed, great for gifts, tools, materials and even going on a date with your wife! The food is always amazing. You can tell that the bistro is not an after thought, but a very thought out important part of the experience. I have always had great service and want to especially acknowledge Arnie, she went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of when we had a product issue. This company truly cares for its customers, reputation and service. Thanks again!!

Got kicked out because we brought our well-behaved golden doodle in shopping with us. There are no signs indicating no pets, so we were not impressed. Much better experience at the Canadian Tire where they gave him treats!

Wow! This is the most beautiful Home Hardware store I’ve ever seen. It’s like a giant department store with a cafe, gift shop, sporting goods shop, clothing boutique, kitchenwares center, garden center, toy shop and even a pet shop…oh and yes, tons of hardware and building supplies also. Incredible! I loved shopping here. The staff were so warmly welcoming and friendly as well as extremely knowledgeable about all the various products in each department. Wish this was a template for all Home Hardware stores.

Roy at the lumber desk is a wealth of knowledge. I’ve done a deck and siding project with him now and he always makes sure you get everything you need. We built a 16x26 deck and at the end I only had one 2x8 leftover. That is as good as it gets!!Marty and the crew in the yard go the extra mile to make sure you get everything you need and even offer suggestions to your project you may not have thought of.
