QMM were professional and very responsive. I had my goods packed in Calgary and then stored for many months. Last week I received delivery to my new home in Kelowna. The team that performed the delivery were professional and helpful. I have only had 1 broken glass in all of my belongings (there were a lot). I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I have used them 3 times in the last 6 years! Thank you

The packers did a good job. Things were not labeled correctly and well enough for the movers to re-assemble the furniture together in our new place. When they showed up, they tried to say they didn't take anything apart which was not true (it was a different crew). Hardware was missing and they took a piece of our bed which caused my wife and I to have sore backs for weeks. Our main contact with QMM was on vacation and the rest of the company was useless without her. They did not communicate well with me after they did not assemble the bed correctly, and took some valuable wood with them that was part of our bed and had to re-deliver the pieces. This caused me a lost day of work because I had to stay home. I would not recommend them. Also, do not ask them to unpack the boxes...they just make a mess.

We had the best experience moving with QMM across Canada from St.John's to Calgary! Our move coordinator Tara was in constant communication, from our estimate to coordinating our delivery. Our quote was accurate, the QMM team was very professional, and had the best response time of any company we contacted as we had a tight timeline. Our movers Jeff and Nancy and Jeff's moving crew treated our belongings like their own! They took all the worry about the move away with their friendly attitude, experience, and professional know how. We will use QMM again and would recommend booking with them.

I have moved many times in my life. Without question, my latest move with QMM was the best, most seamless move I have experienced. From start to finish, all who I interacted with were fantastic. Both sides of the border went flawlessly. Brad (estimate), Myah (move coordinator) and Kerry (driver) were professional, warm and represented QMM at the highest level. Bravo!

QMM made my move as painless as such a thing can possibly be. Brad and Jennifer coordinated everything beautifully. They were in constant communication and followed up every step of the way to make sure things were going as planned. The moving crew were excellent as well - fast, effecient, friendly and polite. I highly recommend this company.

QMM was exceptionally good. The move coordinators that I worked with in both Toronto and Calgary were very responsive and the driver was just as good at keeping me updated on the move.The most impressive thing was how friendly everyone is. I wasn't expecting much going in because there are a lot of horror stories about moving companies, but QMM was one of the most professional businesses that I have worked with in a long time.

Despite it being only a local move just across town, they wrapped all my furniture really well so nothing would get scratched. They were polite and hard working, and knew their business well. They arrived on time and worked quickly. I will definitely use them again the next time I move, and I am pleased to give them the highest approval rating.

Everything from start to finish was absolutely perfect. I must give special appreciation to Karl (driver) for delivering it earlier than the expected date. Will definitely go with you guys for my next move!

Professional movers, very punctual and efficient. Our move from Calgary to Ottawa went pretty smoothly, everything arrived intact, nothing was misplaced. We packed everything ourselves, however dismantling of furniture, transport, delivery and reassembly was well taken care of. Very happy with the service, would use again if need be.
