Senior Management don't understand why we're losing members at such a fast rate. Pay is horrible for the amount of work. Staff are over worked, unappreciated and feel simply like a number. Place is going down the tubes fast.

YMCA's youth employment services are excellent, resume workshops were different from competitors and Natasha Fortune my youth job specialist and Maryam Ahmed helped me find a job placement which was relevant to my studies. The job placement had its ups and downs but that's expected with a job, overall I had a productive summer and enjoyed my time with a responsive, knowledgeable, and organized group on individuals at YMCA.

Good friendly and welcome environment. Option of taking print or xerox is available fare usage policy is 10 copy per day. Desk top computers available, wifi facility neate and clean washrooms. Food and drinks are not allowed as it may spoile the clean ambions and the person working next to you may feel uncomfortable.Very good for new commers or for a person between the jobs. Government funded organisation and there is option of fittnes aswell, but at different location.

I Don't find this location has as much programs as the others offer but there are workers her that can assist you with whatever they have to offer. Employment programs, resume building, computer lab services. Large environment, helpful resources and connections.
