Pleasure to work with. They clearly present the available options, and are professional from start to finish. James' team installed a new indirect hot water system and came back to help us rearrange our appliances and laundry setup. Good service is hard to find these days, would recommend to anyone.

James and his team over at Connected Plumbing are fantastic. We had an issue with our toilet and they showed up in no time were able to quickly identify the problem and fix it. I asked for an install of new faucets in my mother in law's kitchen and bathroom. His staff were courteous and polite and she felt comfortable with them working in her home. Thank you for a great job - she's now asking for more repairs to be done after that experience!

After having a recurring plumbing issue that had been attempted to be fixed by another plumbing team in North Bay we gave James and his team a call. James had his guys here very quickly and not only resolved the issue but also did a camera inspection to make sure the issue was resolved! 5 star +
