The Oosterveld team led by Brian Whyte did a fantastic job of reinstalling our rangehood after our kitchen cabinets were painted. They are really nice young men who are very respectful, careful and efficient. I have had the Oosterveld company at our home several times now for different jobs and as always they do a wonderful job.

I called the company for installing a venting system for my new dryer, and I have been extremely happy with the service. They send someone within the next day for a quote, and Brian and Eric came to the house for the job few days later. They provided an excellent service and went way beyond expectations. I highly recommend them, for their understanding, kindness, assistance and advices. Very respectful and helpful team and I will definitely go through the company for any other job.

I was very impressed with Oosterveld Heating and AC and would definitely recommend them. Phil came right away and provided an excellent quote for the combination boiler hot water tank for my 1948 home with radiators. The install team was excellent and did not leave a mess behind. I am very pleased with the system and how efficiently it runs. The girls in the office are very friendly and followed up after the install to make sure I was a satisfied customer.

Professional and thorough. Minor water leak found and repaired. Seasonal maintenance plan for furnace and A/C is good value and provides piece of mind. Very happy.

My AC unit needed to be replaced and even though it happened on a weekend Oosterveld called back quickly that same day and walked me through how to check what was going on with my AC unit. I made an appointment for the next day to find out about putting a new AC unit in, and they were here first thing in the morning. I was able to select a new AC unit and they put it in that very afternoon. Great job by both Abe and Jeff, very professional, knowledgeable and polite. I have used Oosterveld for my heating and cooling needs for over 10 years now and highly recommend them.

My A/C stopped working and Phil was out the next day to assess the situation. We decided that given the age of the units, it was best to replace the A/C and I chose to do the furnace at the same time as it had been giving me trouble the last couple of years.The install was booked for a few days later and completed by Eric and Izo. What a great team. They did a fantastic job and exceeded my expectations. When they were done, everything was perfect and looking great. Pipes, tubes and wires are all secure, out of the way and very tidy looking.Eric did a very clear walkthrough at the beginning to explain what they would be doing and then at the end he went through everything again, explaining what was done and offering tips going forward.Oosterveld’s professionalism, expertise, and customer-centric approach are truly commendable. Eric & Brian were fantastic! They took the time & extra effort to make sure our furnace & AC were clean and running efficiently as well as explained the importance of regular maintenance.Two great guys! Personable & professional. We will be asking for them again next year!

Brian and Chris worked efficiently despite some challenges with the install. They explained how to use the heat pump, thermostat and auxiliary heating system.

Oosterveld came to my house when the A/C failed to start up summer of 2023. After a Oosterveld tech came and assess the situation it was determined based on age it might be a better idea to replace.In comes Chris Hart from the sales department. Chris came over the same day and went through our options. No pressure or hard sell". Chris clearly explained all our options and we agreed to install a new heat pump and furnace.The two techs that installed were Jeff & Abe and both fist class! Excellent craftmanship and made the entire project look great. Both explained what they were doing and invited me to watch and ask questions as the full day install started.At the end of the day they took their time to explain how the system works and what I need to do to keep it running for 20+ years.I am very happy with Oosterveld services and the help and guidance I received from Chris not just on the products but also the Federal Government rebates that are available to me. Jeff and Abe where a pleasure to have in my house for the day and I know when the left I had the best of the best."
