2020 Sheppard Avenue West is a great place to live - as long as you don't mind paying a premium price for a cockroach infested slum!! I have lived here for 20 years and have regretted moving here every day! I can't afford to move out right now, but as soon as I can I will. DO NOT rent from this building because the management doesn't care about maintaining the building properly at all. They just care about making money.

Stay away from this building! This building is infested with bedbugs and cockroach’s on top of have a terrible pigeon problem. Laundry room machine are never working properly and steal your money, Management seem to have little to no care in resident satisfaction.

Management sucks. They dont makntain the building, you put in many work orders, nothing gets done until you get rude, cameras never work, office is always closing early or never open without notice. They quick to try to evict you if your a few days late paying .. but you can never pay because they are always closed. Roaches. Roaches. Laundry is always dirty but yet expensive. Do yourself the favor and avoid this building.

Just want to say that the management here is a joke, it seems that they do not want families or pets renting out units in their building and did not give any explanation on why people do not get approved other than blame their head office. If I could give 0 stars I would as the management was extremely rude and even refused to give me money order back the first after not being approved. They insisted I get a CO signer or guarantor and even after having both I feel they just didn't not want us their at all. I'm glad my application was declined after reading these reviews about poor management and BEDBUGS/COCAROACH Infestation in thus building. In the lobby their are many post about bug spraying so I no that is not a lie. Other than that when I went to see the apartment the kitchen was filthy, to the point that the property management was cleaning the sinks as we were looking around. I Spoke to other rental departments and they also agree on how poor the management is in that building and how they handled application process. I guess making over 100k a month still doesn't cut it for a building at Jane and Sheppard. Stay away if you can.

Their prices on the online listing are not the real price. When I called they said the prices are always subject to change that's why the new price is higher.I don't mind the price being higher but the information you provide online should be accurate. Don't fool the people who are searching.
