I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had at the store today. The sales agent was RACIST and UNETHICAL. She denies for the bag to be returned since the tag was physically there and wasn’t attached to the bag and declares it’s final sale while there were bags in the stores which did not have any tags attached. Never have I had these experience . The lady did not even apologize for her behaviour.

I don't know if I have a problem with Aldo as a whole, but if you're going to shop from them, avoid this location at all costs.There is absolutely abysmal customer service from the sales associates, which comes on top of their condescension and blasé rudeness.  I've left their store in tears twice, trying to do a simple return, which has finally been processed thanks to customer service.The sales associates initially refused the return on a clearly unworn pair of boots, forcing me to contact customer service who immediately agreed the boots were in perfectly sellable condition and were able to be returned.  I then drove over an hour just for them to tell me, We don't do returns on black friday."  I explained the shoes were bought in October

What I had hoped to be a pleasant and enjoyable shoe shopping experience, ended up being the exact opposite. I have been to various other Aldo locations in both smaller and larger cities, and never have I experienced such demeaning and condescending manners from the sales staff. There is no concept of customer service at this location, other than judging those that come in and making potential customers feel like they're unwanted.

Nika was absolutely the sweetest! She helped me find the heels I was looking for & went above & beyond to make sure I left with something! Kindest soul I’ve spoken with in a long time! Thank you for your help today! I’ll be back for sure! Highly recommend going in when Nika is in:)

Employees make any company great, and sadly, I have had many negative experiences with the sales associates at Aldo. I continuously tolerate the rude demeanor shown by the sales associates for the sake of purchasing quality shoes. But enough is enough and I feel inclined to write a review. The worst of the sales associates is, surprisingly, the manager. There have been several instances that really stood out:My friend and I entered the store and my friend was interested in a pair of shoes that were not in her size. She asked if her size was available online and the manager explained to my friend that, if we do not have the shoes in stock

Haven't bought products from Aldo in a long time. Owned 3 pairs so far and all of them couldn't last long enough for me. Hope they carry more durable shoes.

I have never been more disappointed in the lack of customer service in this establishment. The manager was extremely rude and snappy. I have no idea how she is still employed at this location. If Aldo wants to better their ratings at this location, I think they should reconsider who they employ. Will not return to this store again.

I wish I could give half a star, went into this store yesterday{march/21/2019} looking to buy my wife some boots and shoes. Walked around the store... Which is maybe the size of a locker room. I was the only person in the store, and I was not asked if I needed help ONCE. Must of been in the store for 20-25mins. So I left and dropped 840 dollars at another store. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION. PATHETIC NON EXSISTANT SERVICE

I never shop from Aldo before, and this holiday it was my first time that I ordered online from Aldo Canada, it was very disappointing and I feel I never back and shop from Aldo. I never get delivered my item, for the first order, your support told me that UPS lost the package and despite all those time that you waste from me you even never compensate it for the second order it is been 10 days after order and your support told me that my item now is lost by you in your store! I feel your service, your support and your website and whole shopping experience with you is awfully and totally waste of the time for me. I feel you are just wasting my time and do not offer even offer of compensation!!!
