Chez VO2 santé, j’ai eu recours aux services d’un excellent kinésithérapeute qui est constamment à la recherche du meilleur traitement . Dès le début des séances, les exercices proposés enclenchent le processus de guérison et permettent aussi de corriger ma posture et de renforcer ma musculature donc, progressivement j’ai pu reprendre mes entraînements et même améliorer mes performances sportives. Definitely recommend vO2 santé. They have a very knowledgeable and professional therapist that was able to identify the source of my problem instantly. Three visits already and I can safely say they have improved my situation by 95%. The 5% is on me by following specific and personalized exercises the therapist suggested. All in all, don’t wait for your condition to get worse, do something about it and call them.

Vahe changed my entire body. Not only did he discover the root of the problem. He educated me, took his time and corrected everything from the root of the problem to strengthening by body to avoid future pain and injury. I had been training wrong for decades. He doesn’t fix issues on the surface but assessed my body to realize what I’ve been doing wrong for years. I’ve referred all my friends and family.

J’ai eu recours aux services offerts par VO2 santé et obtenu d’excellents résultats. Les soins dispensés en kinésithérapie et le programme d’exercices personnalisé (cardio, musculation, équilibre et étirements) avec le kinésiologue ont permis de réduire considérablement les douleurs dues à la fibromyalgie, d’accroître mon niveau d’énergie et de renforcer mon système.
