The most pleasant experience in rental anytime. The young man at this location was curtuous, friendly and very helpful making a usually painful moving experience very pleasant. The standard of service offered at this location should be a standard for all locations. Thank you.

Very disappointed. Pre-booked in May for a July rental. Called three days before and left a message to confirm - no response. Called the next day and left a message - no response. On Friday called and again no one answered. My mother called and got through and they said the truck was broken down but they’d have another. She called again to confirm the time and they told her there was no longer a truck. No one even called me back or reached out to let us know directly there was no truck (reservation was under my name). Would not recommend. Very, very disappointing.
