I have purchased from Wolseley in the past with no issues. This time I have been waiting for a Toto toilet (which I have prepaid for) since September 2022, it is now February 2023 and still no toliet.I have talked to numerous staff members in both the store and head office and each time I have been told they will investigate and get back to me. They never have! I keep having to call back and get different reasons trying to justify the delay.This is no kind of customer service!UPDATE: Head office contacted us and resolved the issues. They also compensated us for the issues we had experienced. Now this is better customer service!

Great crew of staff that works here it's not open to the public but for contractors in the hvac-r and plumbing trade they have everything you need and if they dont they can get it.
